We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Care Executives, to work on a temporary contract till the end of October 2017, based near Liverpool Street Station..

Job description

• This is a unique opportunity to become part of an exciting team who are dedicated to the care of our customers. As their team expands they need to know that they have the right people in place to ensure that their customers are always 100% satisfied.
• You will be communicating with their customers through well-crafted and personal emails and light and chatty telephone calls.
• The training provided will ensure that you can help with any customer enquiry from product guidance to account management.

Successful Applicants

• They want people who can take on responsibility from day one, who have exceptional inter-personal skills and love a challenge.
• Previous experience working in a customer care role is preferable but not essential.


Sunday - 4.00pm - 10.00pm
Monday - 4.00pm - 10.00pm
Tuesday - 4.00pm - 10.00pm
Wednesday - 4.00pm - 10.00pm
Thursday - 4.00pm - 10.00pm

** Whoever is selected needs to be able to work both Mondayand Tuesday and then you can choose the other days depending on your availability. 

Rate of pay is £9.00 plus holiday pay.
Start date is Monday 16th October so please only apply if you are able to start immediately and can work for the full length of the contract. On Monday you will complete 1 full day of training which you will be paid for.
If you are shortlisted, you will be asked to complete a brief customer service test, the link will be emailed to you and then pending your result, you will have a brief  telephone interview.
