Job Description:
Looking for a graduate intern for 16 weeks (4 months) with strong communication, organisation and social media skills to join an energetic and highly motivated team based in central London, with the opportunity to progress to a full-time position for the right applicant.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to pursue a career in marketing. With real responsibility across a range of different marketing activities, and the opportunity to make use of leading online tools for marketing automation, CRM etc., you’ll be a key member of a small, multi-disciplinary sales and marketing team promoting an exciting online HR system targeted at the international market.


Reporting to the Marketing Director, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Social Media: day-to-day management of our social media activities, including liaising with content providers, as well as writing or re-purposing existing materials and distributing them (via LinkedIn, Twitter, Slideshare etc.) in order to maintain a consistently professional and active social media presence
  • Online content management: updating website copy and posting blogs/press releases using WordPress
  • Marketing communications: curate and manage distribution of monthly newsletters, marketing emails and other communication (could include product/explainer videos)
  • Event management: help with managing user group meetings, exhibitions and other events
  • Search Engine Optimisation: working with the team to implement and build on recommendations from our SEO agency
  • Reporting: tracking and reporting on the success of marketing activities, as well as benchmarking against others in our space
  • Google Adwords: opportunity to get involved in managing online advertising and performance metrics

The candidate

Skills and Experience – Required

  • First or Second class (upper) degree
  • Near-perfect written English with proven ability to write engaging copy
  • Hands-on experience using social media tool to promote and engage
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office

Skills and Experience – Advantageous

  • Experience of B2B marketing
  • Awareness of SEO, PPC and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of another European language


  • Strong prioritisation, organisation and communication skills
  • Focus on quality, with an eye for detail and a commitment to seeing things through
  • Curious and self motivated, with a can do attitude
Salary: 21,000 per annum
Start date: Ideally starting in September
