This particular internship will be based within the Commercial Excellence and Business Intelligence team.
Within our UK & Ireland BioPharma organisation, the successful optimisation of Multi-Channel Marketing and Digital, is critical in supporting our ambition to be a leader in Customer Engagement & Customer Experience
Positioned within the Commercial Excellence department, you will support marketing and sales teams in the creation and execution of customer engagement plans. Acting as a “Channel Orchestrator”, you will operate marketing IT platforms, modify & re-purpose campaign content, and deliver analytics to provide campaign and customer insights.
You blend sharp business acumen with creativity using digital marketing and content editing tools / software, to provide practical marketing campaign materials. Naturally customer and service focused you are in your element working within cross-functional teams or as a resourceful independent contributor.
In this role you will be a key member of the UK and Ireland Multi-Channel and Digital Team, operating within a high profile area of the business where your contributions will be highly visible.
