We are currently recruiting for Customer Operations Christmas Temps to work with one of our prestigious clients based in Battersea. This is a temporary position, starting in November. 

About the role

We are looking for someone with great customer communication skills to join our customer operations team for our busy Christmas period. You’ll be the primary advocate for the Patch customer and you’ll not be scared to challenge the norm! This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated, fun and highly motivated team where you could make a difference.

- Handle customer communication via emails & live chat

- Answer all queries in a friendly, personal manner whilst remaining professional

- Live operations communication between the customers and the drivers


- Fluent in English with French language skills a plus

- Good interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Helpful & empathetic

- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

- Customer service experience is essential, ideally 1 year minimum

Dates needed to be able to work: 

A day's training will be on the week commencing 18th November

Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 for 4 weeks (25th Nov-20th Dec)
Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00 for 3 weeks (25th Nov-13th Dec)
Thursday to Saturday 09:00-18:00 for 3 weeks  (28th Nov-15th Dec)

Pay rate - £10.55 per hour
